The QCS 2810 is a simple-to-use, tool-less copper block; an ideal
solution for outside plant applications. Whether in cross-connect
cabinets or at the edge of the network, the gel-filled, Cat. 5
compliant 2810 system is the solution.Wire range IDC contacts –
solid copper conductor 0.4 mm to 0.6 mm 26 AWG to 22 AWG.

This module is IDC (Insulation Displacement Contact) connection
modules that can be snapped on standard back mount frames 8/10
pairs (Pitch 16mm). Category 5 transmission performance as a
standard. This module can be used in any modern network and is
fully compatible with all kind of application. Wire termination and
wire removal are easily operated with standard termination tool.
Cables are managed from the top and jumpers from the side. The base
of the modules offers cable and jumper strain relief facilities.
Straight IDC contact design offers reliability and outstanding
performance like multiple termination, wire retention and gas-tight
connection. The module can connect solid copper conductors in a
range of diameters from 0.4mm to 0.8mm with a maximum insulation
sheath of 1.5mm.
Multiple terminations are possible with all kind of solid conductor
gauges in the range of 0.4mm to 0.8mm termination and removal of
wires with the same tool reliable .Easy to use improved wire
retention (straight IDC) high rigidity and contact pressure on the
conductor gas-tight connection high-density installation thanks to
16mm compact (1240 pairs on a 2 meters vertical frame)
comprehensive range of protection circuits compatible with all STG
accessories.

and ABS(UL94V-0).Both material we will use new rall material but
not recycling material(first recycling or second recycling).So we
can offer good performance modules.You can get very cheap products
in the market but they are mainly made of such recycling material
PBT or ABS.
